Delivery Of Your Products
When your Order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.
Postal charges are according to the appropriate Australia Post charges to a designated postal code. This is charged according to the weight of the product or products ordered. Within Australia some specials can be delivered with post paid. It is sometimes easier to call our 1800681611 number to place the order if you are comfortable with using your credit card on the telephone. All orders are handled by the proprietors of Ultimate Health.
Orders to an overseas destination are treated according to the weight of the parcel. The postage will be calculated when processing your order and added to the account prio to your credit card being processed by PAYPAL.
Be aware that PAYPAL can handle charges either through your PAYPAL account or direct to your credit card. You make that decision at the checkout.
Ultimate Health makes every effort to deliver your Product within 5 business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays within Australia. However we are at the mercy of Australia Post and our carriers where applicable
Delivery time however has been known to take up to 14 working days from the date your payment is received. Please note Bank Transfers take 1-2 business days to process.
Where you have purchased a Product that is dispatched from our remote sources, delivery time after payment is received could take up to 4 weeks.

We encourage you to login to your account and visit the "Your Account" section to view the order status of your Products.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Where delivery is by our courier service and no one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
Overseas deliveries will be by the local postal service of the country concerned¡Be aware that customs charges may be applied in some countries.
Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery. We are unable to take responsibility for product that disappears from mail boxes.
Product Returns
No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.
However we are relaxed about replacing damaged product or products that do not work when unpacked. Unfortunately these things happen occasionally.
Within Australia it is best to contact us on 1800681611 to determine the status of a product needing to be returned or replaced.
